Pros:
- Fans of Berit Lindholm will enjoy this Swedish-language performance of Nabucco. Lindholm is at her best when she is unleashing her ferocious top notes. She is less convincing in the coloratura.
Cons:
- During the first scene of Act IV ("Va, pensiero" followed by Zaccaria's aria and cabaletta) there is a very prominent "ghost" of another performance that had been recorded on the original tapes
- John-Erik Jacobsson, as Ismaele, is not really up to the task.
