Robinson offers a Lucia for the ages, combining effortless top notes, immaculate coloratura, and a rare vocal richness that brings unexpected depth to the role. Her performance alone makes this recording a must-hear. The rest of the cast is solid, with Charles Hindlsey standing out as a particularly elegant Edgardo.
