In the MUD
the soprano is great but rest of the cast sound like they are bogged down in the mud perhaps its the slow boring conductor!

The best Abigaille ever, no other singer could do such a projection of beautiful high and low notes, never a scream or an extinction in the abyss, only music. It's I think La Cerquetti's last concert, but her voice was still glorious, only a few ends of lines found her short of breath. With a solid, energic direction, good and even excellent singers, this is probably the best recorded Nabucco, that does justice to the genious of a young Verdi.
