Listen to a Sample:
James King was a true gift to the opera world. There have been few tenors who have been as comfortable in the range of styles as he. He could alternate Cavaradossi with Siegmund with amazing ease. Here he tries on the role of Samson. His voice conveys the handsomeness and strength of this role and his top is remarkable secure. He is joined by Regina Sarfaty as Dalila. Although she may be a little past her prime, she still delivers a fiery performance. The sound is excellent.
