Her tone gleams, her top notes ring effortlessly, and the voice seems to pour from limitless reserves. Giuseppe di Stefano is also in fine form, bringing an intensity and stylistic refinement that match Tebaldi's own. Though Giuseppe Taddei shows occasional signs of strain at the top of his range, he completes the trio with strength and presence.
