a rarity in good sound

This Boris from the 1965 Salzburg festival has always been rather elusive. I know I have searched for a copy of it for years. For that reason it is good to retain the announcer commentary at the outset which confirms that it is the 1965 broadcast and not the more commonly available one from 1966. They have different singers for The Pretender Dmitri. The sound on this is generally excellent with only a few minor flaws inherent in the original tape.
